Do I know the price beforehand?
Yes. We agree the price before you get in. For the trip from the Leiden region to Schiphol it is fixed at € 75. For every other route you get an amount as soon as you provide the pick-up address and destination.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, always. You only pay after the ride, so there is nothing to settle. Do let us know as early as you can, preferably 24 hours in advance — then that slot can go to someone else.

Can I book at night or on a holiday?
Yes, we are reachable day and night, weekends and public holidays included. For an early flight it helps to book a day ahead, so the time is certain.
How can I pay?
In the car you can pay by debit card or in cash, and also with Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Apple Pay. Payment is made at the end of the ride.
Working on business and prefer an invoice? Mention it with your request and we arrange it.
What is VIP travel?
The same car and the same driver as an ordinary ride, but with a different welcome: the driver wears a suit and there is something to drink on board.
Naweed agrees the price with you himself, per ride. Mention it in your request or give us a call — you will hear right away what it costs.
What do you need for a Schiphol trip?
The pick-up address, the date, the number of passengers and, if you have it, the flight number. With that number we align the pick-up time with your departure or arrival.
