These terms apply to every ride you book with Naweed Taxi, by phone, via WhatsApp or via the form on this website.

Booking a ride

A ride is booked once we have confirmed it, by phone or by message. A submitted form on its own is therefore not yet a booking; you always receive a confirmation first, with the agreed time and price.

Prices

We work with fixed prices agreed before the ride. That price does not change afterwards, not even in heavy traffic or on a detour around roadworks. From the Leiden region to Schiphol a fixed price of € 75 applies.

If you change the destination en route or add a stop, we agree that together at that moment.

Payment

Payment is made at the end of the ride, in the car. You can pay by debit card or in cash, and also with Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Apple Pay.

Business clients can request an invoice. Please arrange that in advance, preferably when booking.

Waiting time and delays

We plan with margin, so you do not have to wait. If your flight is delayed, let us know as early as possible. With the flight number we can move the pick-up time.

For a ride to or from an airport we wait up to 30 minutes free of charge, counted from the agreed time. If it runs longer we call you first — we do not simply drive off. Only after a full hour of waiting do we charge € 5 per quarter of an hour.

Cancellation

Cancelling is always free. You only pay after the ride, so there is nothing to settle — a cancellation fee would make no sense.

We ask only one thing: let us know as soon as you know, preferably 24 hours in advance. A ride driven for nothing at four in the morning costs us the whole night, and someone else could have had that slot.

One exception: if you travel on a business invoice and do not show up without cancelling, we will charge for the ride.

Luggage, children and pets

When booking, tell us how much luggage you are bringing, whether you need a child seat and whether a pet is travelling. Then we make sure it fits and can be done safely.

Up to four passengers we drive the saloon car. With more than that we bring the larger vehicle — room for eight passengers, at a different rate. The fixed price of € 75 to Schiphol applies to the saloon car.

Liability

We drive insured and carefully. We cannot be held liable for loss outside our control: traffic jams, weather, road closures, a missed flight for a reason that does not lie with us. If you leave something in the car, report it quickly; we keep found items and do our best to return them.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to our rides and to these terms.
